I spent more than twenty years in the military. Most of it as an MQ-9 sensor operator, and then as an instructor and evaluator, training the people who do that job. Over a thousand hours of mission and recovery time, across joint and coalition task forces.

That work took me to Bagram and Kandahar in Afghanistan, Irbil in Iraq, and Accra, Ghana.

I also ran programs. Force protection. Construction surveillance. Teams of more than two hundred, and budgets past three hundred million dollars. All of it came down to the same thing. Checking on what other people assumed was fine.

I started Loggerhead Dynamics in Tampa after I took the uniform off.

You work with me directly, start to finish. When a job needs more hands than I have, I bring in people I have already vetted, and the work stays mine.

Most of the people I work with are small businesses, families, and individuals. They do not have a security team. They have a business to run and a correct but vague sense that something could go wrong. My job is to find what is actually exposed, fix it, and be straight with them about what it costs.
